Adventurers Guild Rates & Policies

Cost
No setup charge. Base turn cost is $5.75 per adventurer in Antar or Barstow.
All payments must be in US funds. Any conversion or service charges on payments will be passed on. Recommended forms of payment are check (from a US Bank), money order, or Visa/Mastercard (through the secure web form) - cash payments are accepted, but Entertainment Plus takes no responsibility for cash waylaid while en route.
Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will result in a ten dollar
service charge.
Overseas customers are welcome.

Player ID Numbers and Accounts
Upon submitting an Adventurer Creation sheet and Battle Orders, you will receive a Player ID# and an account with Entertainment
Plus (your player ID number is your account number). With each turns results
you will see your account activity and balance. Your orders might not
be processed if your account balance is less than $5.75. If you end an active turn with a balance less than zero you may be charged a $10.00 service fee. That fee is gladly waived upon request as long as you get your account settled soon.
At any time your balance will be promptly refunded upon request. Please include your player number on any correspondence with Entertainment Plus.
Turn Processing
A turn in Adventurers Guild takes place every two weeks. Due dates are
given each turn in the newsletter.
Automatic Battle Plan (ABP) option (missed turn orders)
By checking the proper box on the Adventurer Improvement form, you can
indicate your desire to have your adventurer participate even if your turn
orders fail to arrive on time. Of course this will only happen if your
account balance is high enough to cover the turn cost. If you are on our
credit card payment plan, your trigger amount must be $10 for each character
on ABP if you want ABP to work consistently. You may ask for or cancel
the Automatic Battle Plan at any time with a note, a phone call, or by
using the Adventurer Improvement form. If you turn it on for a character,
ABP will stay on until you turn it off.
Problems & Questions
Every effort is made to process your orders with no errors. Still, problems
can occur on our end or on yours. Please email EPM with any problems
or questions you encounter, and we will do our best to resolve them. Nearly
all questions are replied to within a week. If you have an urgent concern, add the word "urgent" to the subject line for quicker attention.
Reward for Recruitment
Bring a friend into the Adventurers Guild and their first turn is free.
And if they stay in the game for four turns or more with a positive account
balance, then we give you a $10 promo credit. Have your friend email
a note when submitting the Adventurer Creation sheet, giving your name and Player ID Number as the person who referred him or her.

About the Player's Guide
The Player's Guide is intended to give you all the information you need to begin,
and continue to enjoy, Adventurers Guild. There are certain areas which
are purposely vague, and where a bit of common sense may be required on
your part. Any information about the game you find through other sources
(players, the AG FAQ, etc.) will quite likely be helpful, but may not be
entirely accurate.
If, after reading through this guide, you have comments or suggestions
on improving it, please share them with us.
