Ciston is more a wilderness settlement than a city. It is NOT a separate guild city that has its own processing due date. You cannot travel to Ciston with the 'Travel to...' setting on the Improvement form. There is no Adventurers Guild there. That means guild battle fights are not possible for PCs in the Ciston hex. There is no organized city guard. Shrines are scattered about, but there are no temples in Ciston. This means temple raids and temple exemplars are not possible at present. Inns, taverns, and merchants have re-opened though. Also, the group known as the Groundshakers seems to be trying to take control of the area, along with at least a few other unknown groups. The adventure site known as 'Swamp Patrol' is available from the Ciston hex (8, 2). More will be added as time permits. City and kingdom laws don't seem to apply in Ciston. Be warned, entering the new Ciston can be very dangerous. Thugs and pickpockets are a danger, as are the many other residents that are unwelcome throughout the rest of the lands.
